Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company participated as a diamond sponsor of the 16th Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition «Restatex 16», which concluded recently at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, where it reviewed a number of its leading real estate projects in the comprehensive urban real estate development sector, most notably “Al Qasr”, ”Al Qasr Mall” and ”Shams Riyadh” located in the capital Riyadh, in addition to the “Hills” project in Medina and the “Shams Al Arous” project in Jeddah, by heading the largest platform in the exhibition of 360 square meters.

It is noteworthy that the Minister of Housing, Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Duwaihi, had honored Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company as the exclusive diamond sponsor of the 16th Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition, on the sidelines of the Housing Forum in the Kingdom, which was held recently at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh amid a large attendance of specialists and interested in real estate affairs.
After receiving the honorary shield, Dar Al Arkan Chairman Yousef bin Abdullah Al Shalash expressed his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Duwaihi, appreciating his support for real estate events and his efforts to promote the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
