Argan Projects, a company specialized in the development of integrated residential neighborhoods, and Dar Al Tamleek, a company specialized in housing finance solutions, signed a financing agreement for individuals on the sidelines of the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition ”STATEX 16“, which concluded recently in Riyadh. This agreement comes after Arjan Projects Company obtained the off-plan sales license from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the Cordoba Houses project in northeast Riyadh, and is the first financing agreement between Dar Al Tamleek and Arjan after the latter obtained the off-plan sales license.

However, Argan Projects Company received the award for the best real estate developer of a residential project for the year 2012.
