The Ministry of Justice has circulated a circular on the requirements for completing the procedures for emptying deeds within 24 hours to courts and notaries in all regions. The circular explained 10 conditions that must be met to empty the deeds, the first of which is a written approval from the Ministry of Commerce to own the property, and companies must bring a copy of the memorandum of association and commercial register, and the circular indicated that a legal representative must be present to complete the process.
