The Ministry of Housing announced on its official Twitter account that it began yesterday, Monday, handing over 111 housing units to eligible recipients in the Al-Shanan Housing Project in the Hail region, as part of the “100,000 Housing Units” initiative.

The Ministry added that the Al-Shanan Housing Project comprises 950 plots of land for the development of an extensive infrastructure network, as well as 32 plots designated for public services and facilities. The housing project’s infrastructure includes a sewage system, a road network, a stormwater drainage system, an irrigation system, and an electricity grid.

The ministry noted that 100,000 housing units are ready for allocation and delivery in monthly phases beginning in Sha’ban 1437 AH and continuing for one year; eligible families will be notified via the Iskan portal and text messages.
