Housing Minister Majid al-Hogail confirmed on Wednesday that the Kingdom will announce within two weeks the final rules for annual fees on undeveloped land located within the urban area of cities. He also announced plans to issue sukuk for the Real Estate Development Fund and the timeframe for issuing sukuk will be the end of 2017-2018."

Al-Haqeel said at a press conference, "Land fees are now complete and studied by all specialized authorities and within the next two weeks they will be announced finally."
