On Wednesday, 15/10/1437 AH, corresponding to July 20, 2016, the Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment set the deadline for receiving bids for land in the Shalala development in Riyadh for direct sale.

The committee clarified that the prices of the plots range from 900 to 1,150 riyals per square meter and that they are distinguished by their location along the Medina Road, close to a metro station, The site also connects to several major streets and is surrounded by public facilities within an approved, fully serviced development. Separately, the committee decided to hold a public auction to sell 30 plots in Al-Muzaynab Governorate. The auction date and bidding requirements will be announced by the committee within a week.
