Engineer Mohammed Al-Madihim, General Supervisor of the White Land Fees Program at the Ministry of Housing, confirmed during his response to journalists" inquiries about how to determine the status of developed lands in the introductory meeting organized by the Riyadh Chamber that the developed land is the one for which a final plan was extracted from the competent authorities, stressing that it is not allowed to divide the raw land only after completing its development, indicating that leasing does not exempt from paying the fees imposed on these lands.
While responding to the queries of journalists on how to determine the status of developed lands in the introductory meeting organized by the Riyadh Chamber.
Al-Madhiem added that the development of the regulation of the white land fee system was through a number of tracks that covered the legal, economic, information technology and media aspect, indicating that these tracks aimed to come up with a vision that helps to achieve the objectives of the system and facilitate the citizens, and said that the evaluation of the lands will be according to the location, services, uses and other activities, explaining that the regulation allows objection to the fees within 60 days from the date of registration, indicating that any false information is considered fraud, adding that not applying fees on lands is in the presence of obstacles or obstacles, indicating that inheritance lands are subject to the fees.
