The Ministry of Housing officially launches the e-portal of the Developer Services Center “Completion”

Mohammed Al-Ghazwani, General Supervisor of the “Completion” Center, stressed that the launch of the official electronic portal of the Developer Services Center “Completion” aims to develop the real estate sector, facilitate its procedures and create an attractive environment to increase the volume of investments in this sector from inside and outside the Kingdom, pointing out that this contributes to accelerating the pace of work in housing projects and thus increasing the volume of supply at the market level.

Al-Ghazwani explained that the e-portal "Ijamal", which was officially launched by the Ministry, provides a range of services, most notably receiving requests for the service of approving the initial plan comes within the framework of the center's keenness to raise the quality of services provided to developers and facilitate all procedures for them, indicating that requests will be received electronically on the service of approving the initial plan, while other services will be added to the center according to their readiness.

Ghazwani noted that the center is keen to speed up the completion of real estate development procedures and complete all the necessary services in this regard, including issuing building permits and completion certificates, licensing the sale of residential units on the map, licensing land development, licensing the marketing and display of off-plan sales projects, requesting exceptions, requesting partnerships, requesting approval of land division plans, endorsing labor visas, issuing the owners" association registration certificate, approving comprehensive development plans, reviewing and approving plans, as well as a range of facilities that ensure quality performance and thus develop the sector, regulate it and accelerate the speed of the real estate sector.

The Developer Services Center (TAMAMAM) has recently announced its keenness to complete the procedures for the approval of plans within a record time in an effort to push real estate developers to develop their plans and thus contribute to pumping housing projects in the market, while work is currently underway to expand its branches to all regions of the Kingdom to become in addition to the current branches that include Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

Developer Services Center "TAMAMAM" is currently expanding its branches to extend to all regions of the Kingdom.
