The Ministry of Housing has started taking feedback from citizens, the real estate sector and various members of society on the unified residential lease contract that will be launched within the framework of the “Ejar” program to establish an electronic network aimed at facilitating and controlling leasing contracts, by developing an electronic questionnaire through the website (Housing.This initiative enhances trust between the partners according to their mutual obligations (tenants and landlords) as well as real estate brokers in the rental housing sector, as the rental contracts concluded through the network signed by the network member in writing or electronically are considered as documented contracts in terms of proof and execution.
