Damac Properties, the largest private developer of luxury real estate in the Middle East, has announced the launch of the first phase of sales for luxury villas at the “Akoya by Damac,” which spans 28 million square feet along Umm Suqeim Road in Dubai.
The “Akoya by Damac” project features Asia’s most luxurious golf residential community, luxury homes designed by renowned brands. Last week, the first phase of sales for the luxury villas was launched with the release of 205 units, priced starting at 2.4 million riyals.

“Damac Properties” had fulfilled all official requirements prior to launching the sales process, including full payment for the land in the first phase. A performance bond account was also opened, and the Land and Property Department received all bank guarantees related to infrastructure and construction.
The “Akoya by Damac” project includes a championship golf course named ”Trump International Golf Club Dubai,” located in the heart of the residential complex. It consists of 18 holes and complies with international PGA standards. For the construction of the golf course, “Damac Properties” collaborated with “Trump International,” one of the world’s leading companies in the golf and luxury real estate development sectors, which will manage the course. The facilities include a modern clubhouse spanning 30,000 square feet, as well as the prestigious ’Trump‘ Wellness Center.
