Hamad and Ahmed Mohammed Al-Muzaini Real Estate Company has achieved an unprecedented milestone in the sale of residential units in its strategic «Gateway to the East» project, which the company is implementing in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund, with the company’s marketing department successfully selling more than 50% of the project’s villas offered in its first phase—out of a total of 7,000 villas—in a record time of less than three weeks from the start of sales.

Amid this, Engineer Ahmed Mohammed Al-Muzaini, the company’s CEO, expressed his delight at the overwhelming demand, which exceeded expectations, announcing the success of the marketing efforts in the first phase. In an exclusive statement to the real estate newspaper «Amlak,» Al-Muzaini attributed this unprecedented demand and the satisfaction of the target buyers to a number of factors, foremost among which was the fact that the " "Bawabat Al-Sharq" project had received significant attention from the company, which offered various models of residential units and designs that met the diverse needs of citizens. Al-Muzaini noted that purchases were made across all the models and designs offered.

When asked by »Amlak« how such a high sales rate was achieved in record time, Engineer Ahmed Al-Muzaini said: »We didn’t just sell off-plan; we also worked to welcome customers on-site at a dedicated sales center, so that customers could see the project and its location for themselves, and, thank God, customers felt completely reassured by the strategic location and geographical layout of the development, along with all its amenities," noting that the "Gateway to the East" suburb has established an affordable financing program for those eligible for housing through the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund, Al-Muzaini noted that the company has contracted with leading international companies with expertise in building residential complexes to carry out the project, taking all factors for success and safety requirements into account, He emphasized their full commitment to off-plan sales contracts and the Ministry of Housing’s requirements, reflecting the company’s dedication to providing suitable housing for the broadest segment of citizens.

It is worth noting that the Dahiyat Al-Sharq project covers a total area of 6,546,929 square meters, in eastern Riyadh in a strategic location bounded by Dammam Road to the north, Khurais Road to the south, and the King Abdullah Project for Security Leaders to the west. It is very close to government and service facilities, offers easy access to the city center, and features all modern amenities.
