As part of its international expansion plans, Basma Real Estate Management has signed a real estate appraisal agreement in Lebanon with the President of the Association of Real Estate Appraisers, The agreement aims to expand Basma’s reach in the coming period, whereby the company will cover all cities and villages in Lebanon, providing real estate appraisal services and professional real estate studies accredited by the Lebanese government to Basma’s clients in in Lebanon.

The agreement was signed on behalf of Basma by Khaled Al-Mubayyad, the company’s general manager, and on behalf of the Association of Real Estate Appraisers in Lebanon by President Sheryl Karkmaz.

For his part, Al-Mubayyad said that this agreement is intended to serve Basma’s clients on an international level; as the company has achieved numerous professional and operational accomplishments and successes in the real estate market in recent years, thanks to the guidance of management and its professional team, which has contributed to its widespread expansion throughout the Kingdom and the Gulf states over the six years since its founding. Al-Mubayyad emphasized that the signing of the real estate appraisal agreement in Lebanon expands the company’s real estate services to include the Gulf states, Egypt, Syria, Turkey, Morocco, and Tunisia; where agreements were signed with relevant entities in this field in each of these countries, which are characterized by investments from Saudis and Gulf states.
