Raval Real Estate Development Company has signed a cooperation agreement with Zain KSA. The agreement was signed by Abdulrahman Bajneed, CEO of Rafal Real Estate Development Company and Hassan Qabbani, CEO of Zain Saudi Arabia. On this occasion, Bajneed explained that this agreement came within the company's endeavor to provide a solid infrastructure for its real estate projects to provide them with the latest technology and communications solutions, and stressed that the company is committed in its projects to the highest quality standards in all services and facilities it contains, especially in the field of communications and information technology, which led the company to sign this agreement that will be a supportive arm for the huge real estate projects it offers.
For his part, Kabbani said that this step comes within the framework of the company's cooperation with various government and private sectors to enhance communication services, pointing out that this contract will contribute to providing a range of modern technologies to the facilities of the residential suburbs that Rafal is developing.
Qabbani explained that the first phase of the agreement will cover the Rafal Residence project and the Rafal Living Tower project, stressing at the same time that Zain KSA continues its strategy through which it seeks to open new growth areas for its business, which contributes to enhancing its operational and financial performance. He also thanked Rafal Real Estate Development Company for its high level of professionalism and its prominent role in enriching the residential environment through the modern urban projects it offers in the Kingdom.
Qabbani explained that the first phase of the agreement will witness the coverage of the Rafal Residence suburban project and Rafal Living Tower suburban project, and emphasized that Zain KSA continues its strategy through which it seeks to open new growth areas for its business, which contributes to enhancing its operational and financial performance
