The Ministry of Housing signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Abdulrahman Al-Fadhli, to accelerate the provision of water and sewage services to residential plans affiliated with the Developer Services Center “Ijamam” within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of submission of the application in a complete and complete form that meets all conditions and requirements, at the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture headquarters.

Haqeel appreciated the cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, which provides its services to the Ministry and represents an important tributary to the Developer Services Center (TAMAMAM), which is shared by a number of stakeholders in the sector, such as the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and others, noting that all services provided by the center aim to accelerate the issuance of plan approval, thus pumping more housing projects in all regions of the Kingdom.

The memorandum stipulates giving priority approval for the provision of water and sewage services to the projects of the Ministry of Housing, so that the review procedure for applications for the approval of residential plans supported by the Ministry, which aims to provide adequate housing for all citizens, will be completed through the Developer Services Center, which in turn will be the link between applicants from real estate development companies and service providers in the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture or its representative, where the center will ensure that applications are completed before entering the review process.
The memorandum stipulates that priority approval for the provision of water and sewage services for the projects of the Ministry.
The memorandum clarified the commitment of the Developer Services Center "TAMAMAM" and the applicants for approval of plans to the specifications, technical requirements, design standards, guidelines, rules and regulatory procedures approved by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, including the mechanism for supplying real estate developers with drinking water and sanitation services and the guidebook for owners of private plans, provided that all consulting engineering services required by the owners of real estate development projects and other residential projects, including planning, design, implementation supervision and management of water and sanitation projects, are provided by
