In accordance with the royal decrees regarding grants, the Eastern Province Secretariat announced the names of citizens who received royal decrees granting them land in Dammam, which were implemented in Al-Nairiyah Governorate under the approved plan No. (Sh.N.133), as part of the first batch for the years 1418–1424 AH, for which the Secretary of the Eastern Province, Engineer Fahd Al-Jubeir, directed the completion of procedures and the finalization of all applications for royal grants, totaling 800 grants as the first batch of the total number of citizens for whom royal grants were issued and for whom a lottery was conducted.
Al-Jubeir explained that work is underway to finalize all names in sequence as soon as the procedures related to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs are completed, emphasizing that the Secretariat is determined to finalize all grants under its jurisdiction as soon as usable land becomes available, in coordination with the municipalities affiliated with the Secretariat. The grants to be implemented will be announced in due course, and he noted that the recipients of the grants can be identified via the link www.eamana.gov.sa, or through the Secretariat’s portal. He added that the Secretariat is working to finalize all royal decrees under its purview in the coming period.
