The Saudi Egyptian Construction Company has successfully sold 601 units in the first phase of the “Riyadh City” compound, located on a 68-acre site in New Cairo, with total investments ranging from 2.8 to 3 billion pounds. Engineer Darwish Hassanein, the company’s CEO, added that the company achieved these sales within just three months of launching the first phase of “Riyadh City” for marketing and sales, reflecting the project’s success and distinction, as well as customers" confidence in the company, its credibility, and its track record in the Egyptian market, which spans more than 40 years.
Hassanein explained that the project comprises 1,897 residential units to be developed in three phases. The first phase includes 48 buildings with a total of 777 units, the second phase 36 buildings with a total of 460 units, and the third phase 36 buildings with a total of 660 units. Unit sizes in the project range from 145 to 195 square meters, The project includes a variety of amenities, such as green spaces, a shopping mall, shops, and a social club.
