As part of its ongoing efforts to provide its customers with the latest and best marketing offers, the Saudi Dutch Bank recently launched its latest marketing campaign as part of its series of campaigns for its mortgage financing programs under the slogan ””Mortgage Financing Made Easy,” which offers the bank’s customers unique and exclusive offers to meet their real estate financing needs.
Saudi Dutch Bank customers who apply for mortgage financing during the campaign period—which runs until 5 Rajab, corresponding to May 15, 2013—will be eligible to receive cash rewards of 5,000 riyals in addition to the loan amount, as well as the opportunity to defer the first installment for 6 months and be exempt from the down payment, in addition to many other competitive financing benefits, including a competitive interest rate, and streamlined procedures to complete the financing process in just 5 days. The offer also provides customers with the option to obtain financing jointly with a family member, as well as the ability to transfer a property loan from another bank and finance the construction or completion of the property.
For his part, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Mounis, Head of Marketing and Public Relations at Saudi Hollandi Bank, said that this campaign is an extension of the marketing campaigns and special offers the bank has traditionally provided to its customers in the mortgage financing sector, which provide customers with a wide range of unique benefits and added value in financing solutions that enable them to own homes with ease and convenience.
Al-Mounis added that the launch of this campaign follows the bank’s agreement with the Real Estate Development Fund to implement the supplementary financing program in cooperation with the fund, a step that reflects the importance the bank attaches to this vital sector, and the active role Saudi Hollandi Bank plays in meeting citizens’ needs and supporting them in achieving their aspirations to own suitable housing,
