On the sidelines of Cityscape Global, which began its activities in Dubai yesterday, His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, revealed the details of the residential area in Dubai South, on which the “Villages” and “Pulse” projects are built, indicating that it is located on 87 million square feet and will cost up to 25 billion dirhams and is characterized by the alignment of the largest airport in the world and the site of ”Expo 2020 Dubai” in the middle of the new “Boulevard” as the first city in the world built on the foundations of individual happiness.
