In accordance with the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, to exempt the deceased from Real Estate Development Fund loans, the Fund’s Director General, Mr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Abdani, approved a list of names for the (7th, 8th, and 9th) of deceased borrowers whose applications were submitted through the online program and whose families completed the required information. The Fund has completed the procedures to repay their loans in full and release the mortgages on their properties. The total number of (1,963) citizens in cities and provinces across the Kingdom, with a total value exceeding (222) million riyals. This batch included applicants up to application number (13238).
Al-Abdani explained that the Fund coordinated with the branches of the Ministry of Justice responsible for the mortgaged properties, and that the heirs of the deceased whose names appear in these batches may visit the notary public to finalize the mortgage release procedures as soon as possible, in order toclear their deceased relatives’ debts and release their properties.
