In an exclusive interview with Amlak newspaper, Azizi Real Estate Development revealed its intention to direct its investments toward the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and explore opportunities in the real estate sector. Farhad Azizi, the company’s CEO, emphasized during his meeting with Editor-in-Chief Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa on the sidelines of Cityscape Global that the Saudi real estate market is promising and is experiencing a development boom in the field of construction through a number of vital projects.
Azizi Real Estate Development had previously launched its project in Dubai’s Al Furjan district, «Roi Mediterranean,» a hotel apartment complex comprising 271 luxury residential units, with hotel-style amenities. This is the company’s twelfth project in the Al Furjan area and represents another addition to the growing list of achievements we accomplished in 2016, including the completion certificate for the recent Azizi Yasmin project.
The project consists of a ground floor plus seven stories of furnished apartments with two parking levels, covering an area of 2.6 hectares, and features 224 luxury studios and 47 one-bedroom units. The total cost of the project is approximately 350 million dirhams. The serviced apartments will include all hotel amenities and are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, in addition to laundry and ironing services, valet parking, room service, landscaped gardens, restaurants, cafes, a fitness center, swimming pools for adults and children, a spa, and prayer rooms. Potential investors and those interested in learning more will be invited to a special sales event hosted by Azizi Real Estate Development in Madinat Jumeirah on August 13.
On this occasion, the CEO of Azizi Real Estate Development explained that the Al Furjan area in Dubai is expected to become one of the main real estate development areas in southern Dubai, and Azizi Real Estate Development is confident that its investments in this area—before, during, and after Expo 2020—will meet the growing demand for residential and hotel apartments, and that they will generate substantial returns for shareholders and owners.
