Of the 52 projects within the off-plan sales program, apartments and villas topped the list of projects since the launch of the program, with 28 projects for apartments and 17 projects for villas.

The Ministry of Housing explained that raw land projects amounted to five projects, while industrial projects amounted to two projects, while agricultural lands and shops did not record any off-plan sale projects, and no license was applied for for either of them.

It is worth noting that the off-plan sales program (Wafi) aims to reduce the costs of owning real estate units, preserve the rights of buyers through regulations and procedures, raise the level of transparency in the real estate market, develop and stimulate the spirit of competition between developers through the classification system, and contribute to increasing the supply through the development of real estate projects.
