The Ministry of Housing confirmed that it continues to implement its programs for the white land fee system, denying reports that the second phase of the fees will be postponed, and noted that the next (second) phase begins after the end of the current (first) phase, which is a year after the issuance of decisions to pay the fees.

The Ministry of Housing had renewed its call on the owners of white lands to register quickly in order not to be considered a violation of the regulations and provisions of the system, after the expiration of half of the registration period that began on 10/9/1437 AH and ends on 10/3/1438 AH, and the Ministry of Housing announced last June the target geographical scope for applying the first phase of the white land fee system for the city of Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, provided that registration takes place within 6 months.
