On this occasion, Engineer Osama Al-Kurdi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Relations for International Exhibitions and Conferences, the organizing company of the exhibition, explained that the importance of holding the exhibition of elevators and stairs comes to meet the need of the Saudi market for a specialized exhibition in this activity, especially in light of the tremendous boom in the construction sector.

About the international participation, Al-Kurdi said: "Ten international companies representing three countries, namely China, Korea and Italy, are participating in this session, and these companies are among the largest international companies operating in this sector, and the Chinese pavilion occupies the largest share among these three countries."

The Chinese pavilion occupies the largest share among these three countries.

As for local participation, Al-Kurdi added that the second edition of the exhibition receives twenty local companies and factories specialized in the elevators and escalators sector representing major local companies, and the National Elevator Corporation, one of the companies of the Abdul Ghani Hussein Group, occupies the largest local pavilion.

It is worth mentioning that the exhibition is held in conjunction with the exhibition a forum for the technology of the elevator and escalator industry aimed at all specialists and those interested in this sector, including academics and all those working in it, including engineers, technicians, consultants and business owners, and the forum aims to introduce this industry and raise the scientific and knowledge level of those working in it.

Kurdi concluded by saying, "We have invited all official bodies related to the elevators and escalators sector to participate in the exhibition and forum to give participants and visitors the opportunity to meet directly with the decision makers of those bodies."
