Sales of Al Jawaher neighborhood plan in Dammam exceed 300 million riyals

The sales of the Al-Jawahir neighborhood plan achieved a total value of more than 300 million riyals within a period not exceeding one hour, as the auction witnessed great competition between businessmen who flocked to the auction venue.
This was revealed by Mohammed Al Nahdi Real Estate Company and Rashid Bin Abdulrahman Al Rashid Real Estate Company, where the two companies confirmed that the sale of the Al Jawaher neighborhood plan within an hour confirms the great success of the goals that were planned.
Mohammed bin Salmeen Al Nahdi, Chairman of Mohammed Al Nahdi Real Estate Company, owner of the plan in partnership with Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Rashed Real Estate Company, said after the auction held last Sunday at the Holiday Inn Khobar Hotel that the auction witnessed great competition among businessmen looking for distinctive sites overlooking the Corniche of Khobar, adding that the plan is one of the most important real estate auctions in 2013, in terms of modern technologies in the auction presentation method and the large attendance of investors from inside and outside the Eastern Province that enriched the auction with strong competition that confirmed the great real estate value of the project that keeps pace with the developments of the real estate industry.


Al-Nahdi explained that the auction started with a variety of offerings according to the desires of the attendees and where the auction was auctioned on single and double pieces and then blocks, adding that the auction meets the desires of all attendees, noting that the plan of Al-Jawaher neighborhood has a total area of 125 thousand square meters distributed over 96 residential plots and the price per square meter in the auction ranged from 3500 SAR to 5070 SAR per square meter depending on the location and area, He stressed that the auction witnessed an unparalleled turnout and congratulated those who succeeded in buying the lands, which are characterized by their geographical location and overlooking the sea directly, most of which were allocated for the construction of palaces and villas.

For his part, Walid Al Nahdi, Vice Chairman of Mohammed Al Nahdi Real Estate Group, said that the plan is characterized by its distinctive location and unique view, as Al Jawaher neighborhood is located in a quiet and distinctive area on the Corniche of Khobar, with a direct view of the waterfront, extending on the Arabian Gulf beach, and is easily accessible from several roads, explaining that the plan is characterized by the presence of all necessary services from asphalting roads and streets, water, sewage and electricity.
