Tomorrow, Wednesday, Housing Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail will outline the ministry’s future directions and plans, which it intends to launch, and discuss the issues and challenges facing real estate developers, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen its partnership with the private real estate sector. This will take place during an expanded meeting hosted by the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce at its headquarters in Dammam.
For his part, Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Ateishan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that the meeting will feature an open dialogue on all matters related to housing—including policies, programs, and initiatives that have been implemented as well as those currently in development— calling on business leaders in the Eastern Province to attend and enrich the dialogue with discussions and contributions that serve the meeting’s purpose.
Al-Ateishan noted the Chamber’s commitment to such meetings, which facilitate communication between businesspeople and government agencies to consult on issues of concern to investors and explain new regulations, highlighting the importance of interaction and communication between the government and the private sector, as it is a cornerstone of the integration of roles necessary to achieve the desired goals.
