The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment has responded to investors" requests to extend the deadline for submitting direct purchase offers for the Half Moon Beach lands, in order to provide an opportunity for those interested in investing in the lands for which the Committee is seeking to restore shareholders" rights. Accordingly, the Committee has set 30/01/1438 AH, corresponding to 31/10/2016, as the deadline for accepting purchase offers for the six undeveloped plots located in Al-Khobar.

It should be noted that the largest plot covers an area of 1,689,644.44 m², while the smallest plot covers an area of 1,100,000 m², The total area of the land is 7,562,581 m², and it is distinguished by its proximity to the beach, the abundance of recreational facilities, its proximity to Prince Muhammad bin Fahd University on Arabian Gulf Road, its location within the urban area, and the flat nature of the land.
