Next Monday, Al-Madallah Real Estate and Bin Hafiz Real Estate will put the Al-Waha 1 and 2 developments up for public auction at the project site in Al-Dama. The project covers an area of 80,000 square meters, divided into 45 commercial and investment lots, The commercial lots range in size from 2,000 to 2,150 square meters, and the investment lots from 900 to 1,200 square meters.
On this occasion, Adel bin Yaqoub Al-Madallah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Madallah Real Estate Group—the owner and developer of the project—stated that the site is approved for investment and commercial use and is distinguished by its geographic location in downtown Dammam in the central district, It is also located near the Department of Education, several shopping complexes, banks, and Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium, and the project is in high demand for housing among residents of all nationalities.
For his part, Majid Al-Madallah, General Manager of Al-Madallah Real Estate Group, said that the market has a great need for such commercial and investment developments located within cities to help provide housing, especially since there is high demand for residential units in Dammam due to the presence of major corporations in the city.
