To build 12 thousand housing units: ”Real Estate Development” approves more than 10 thousand loans

Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Abdani, Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund, announced the approval of a new loan batch that includes 10,090 loans for the construction of approximately 12,100 housing units in the cities, provinces and centers of the Kingdom covered by the Fund's services and according to the priority of providing the loan.
Al-Abdani explained that the value of this installment amounted to five billion and forty-five million riyals and represents the second installment of loans approved in the budget for the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH. He said that the continuous support of the Fund from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect them, has resulted in an increase in the number and amounts of loans that are approved, praising the continuous follow-up of the Fund by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund and Minister of Housing Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Duwaihi, and called on citizens whose loans have been approved to review the branches and offices of the Fund to complete mortgage procedures, sign contracts and start construction.
