The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced that it will hold an auction tomorrow, Tuesday, to sell the Al-Ahsa Jewel land parcel, which covers an area of 2 million raw, undeveloped square meters, which is distinguished by its location on the Gulf International Highway leading to Qatar, as well as its flat terrain.
The committee has stipulated that to participate in the auction—which will be held in the Sheikh Salman Al-Hammad Hall at the Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce headquarters—bidders must attend in person or through a legal representative and submit a certified check made out to the Real Estate Contributions Committee in the amount of ” 1,000,000 riyals,“ which is considered a non-refundable down payment from the total price for the successful bidder, provided that the buyer completes payment of the remaining amount within 15 days of the auction date.
