The public auction organized by the Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment to sell the Jewel of Al-Ahsa land of the Qatar Road land contribution achieved good prices, with a total value of 72 million riyals.

The Jewel of Al-Ahsa land is located on Gulf Road (Qatar Road) opposite King Faisal University, and has an area of two million square meters. The Real Estate Contributions Committee had recently announced the re-auction of the land, after it stopped the first auction it held to sell it on January 5 due to unfair prices.
