The Ministry of Housing revealed that the number of registrations in the “Owners Union” program has reached 5 federations covering 654 housing units of villas and apartments, since its launch about two months ago, distributed in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah.
The General Supervisor of the "Owners Union" program at the Ministry of Housing, Engineer Mohammed bin Muammar, explained that the ministry has taken all the necessary procedures with the registered unions, noting that the internal regulations have been approved and the registration certificates have been delivered.
Bin Muammar said that the program allows registration through the website (Mullak.sa), which was launched earlier, indicating that the registration procedures are clear and easy, pointing out that it requires entering the details of the residential complex and its data, after which it will be verified in preparation for the delivery of registration certificates, while he expected the number of registrants to increase in the coming period due to the many benefits provided by the program to ensure stability and availability of various necessary services and facilities.
