The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment invited real estate companies specialized in marketing land and holding auctions, and law firms in the Kingdom, to submit a letter signed by the owner of the establishment indicating the means of communication with him, by attending the headquarters of the committee or by e-mail.

The committee required real estate marketing companies to have a valid commercial registration, experience in the field of real estate marketing and auctions 5 years or more, send a photo report on the company's achievements, and attach the experiences of the marketing and auction team. The committee also required law firms to be Saudi nationals, have 5 years of experience before judicial authorities and legal consultations, and not have a direct relationship and a special interest in the contribution.
