The government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques shows great interest at the highest levels to end the issue of stalled contributions forever and deliver the rights to their owners, and the pace of offering stalled contributions to investors has increased in the recent period, with the Ministry of Justice cooperating with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in finalizing land emptying procedures, where emptying has reached the highest levels by carrying out 20 empties per day.
<Hamza Al-Askar, Secretary General of the Stalled Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, said in a press statement: The Real Estate Contributions Committee uses independent experts and specialists in real estate valuation in order to give fair assessments of the lands and plans before they are offered to investors, and the goal is that investors in the lands of these plans and contributions receive rewarding profits, especially since they waited a long time and some of them despaired of releasing their funds reserved in such contributions - and by the grace of God - then with the efforts of the state will return the rights to their people,
Al-Askar said.
Al-Askar added that there are stalled contributions that are ready to be offered for investment after completing their legal and statutory procedures, including Durrat Abha contribution in Abha city, Al-Mustaqbal scheme in Al-Kharj city, Bakkah Tower contribution in Makkah, Dhahban land in Jeddah and Salman Bay in Jeddah, and there are contributions that are now in the stage of valuation and evaluation in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Qouz, Abha, Eastern Region, Al-Kharj and Southern Region to be announced later.
It is noteworthy that the stalled Arjwan contribution that was recently auctioned included 148 plots of various sizes and is marketed by Al Rumaih Holding Group and is the last stalled contribution to be auctioned, and this contribution was preceded by the Durrat Al Khaleej scheme in Khobar, which includes about 1000 plots of land, which was also stalled,
The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabeeah, had earlier indicated that his ministry and the Ministry of Justice are currently forming a twinning in order to end the stalled contributions, some of which are more than 12 years old, pointing out that this comes in implementation of the decision of the Supreme Council in this field, according to which the Committee on Stalled Contributions at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, pointing out that there are stalled contributions that will be offered after completion of their valuation to marketers and the goal is to reach the rights of shareholders in full with profits, explaining that the lands of these contributions often carry large cases and lawsuits, so the Ministry of Commerce in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice is
