The Ministry of Labor and Social Development has decided to grant the “cooperative” whistleblower of labor market violations through the “Together to Monitor” application, a financial reward of 10% of the value of the violation when it is collected. Starting from tomorrow, Sunday, 6/2/1438 H, where labor market violations can be reported through the “Together to Monitor” application, available in the Apple and Android stores.

This was explained by the Ministry's official spokesperson Khaled Aba Al-Khail, indicating that this reward comes in accordance with the articles of the Labor Law, which gave the Minister the right to grant the whistleblower a percentage of the reward in appreciation for his contribution in monitoring the violation and helping the inspection staff in monitoring violations.

He stressed that the ministry aims to expand the circle of electronic and smart services based on transparency and immediate accountability with the participation of the community, and spread the culture of community inspection, so that the community is an active partner in discovering and reporting anomalies in the labor market, as the application is available to citizens and residents in all regions of the Kingdom.

He pointed out that the approved reward for the cooperator is granted after fulfilling the eligibility criteria, which include: The report must be submitted through the "Together to Monitor“ application, the violation must have been approved and the value of the violation was collected after the end of the period of objection or settlement procedures, and the violation must not have been seized during the 30 days preceding the date of the report for the same establishment, and the cooperator's data must be correct, indicating that in the event of three consecutive incorrect reports, the cooperator will be blocked from submitting reports in the application for a minimum of six months.

Khaled Abu Al-Khail said that the ministry approved the implementation of this reward for cooperating whistleblowers starting tomorrow, Sunday 6/2/1438 AH, as labor market violations can be reported through the ”Together for Monitoring" application, which is available in Apple and Android stores.
