Ibrahim Kotbakhana, CEO of Jeddah Development and Urban Development Company, a subsidiary of Jeddah Municipality, revealed that the company intends to deliver 920 housing units in 46 residential buildings in northern Jeddah after 18 months.

These units are part of the first phase of a residential project that provides suitable housing for all segments of society. He pointed out that the company is working on the infrastructure of the “Al-Murooj” project in eastern Jeddah on an area of 22 million square meters, which takes five years to build.
