Al-Taawuniya Insurance was honored with the Best Insurance Company of the Year award at a ceremony held last week at the Al-Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh, attended by a large number of business leaders and CEOs of major local companies and institutions. The award was accepted on behalf of Tawuniya by Mr. Majid Ahmed Al-Bahiti, the company’s General Manager of Marketing, from Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, Chairman of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This award recognizes Tawuniya’s outstanding performance and achievements, which have established it as the leading company in the Saudi insurance sector, It also reaffirms its leadership in the insurance market, as it possesses many competitive advantages in terms of innovative products, financial solvency, technical expertise, a diversified insurance portfolio, high-quality services, and qualified human resources.
On this occasion, Al-Bahiti expressed his delight at receiving this award, emphasizing that "customer trust played a significant role in winning it, supported by the initiatives the company implemented as part of its customer-centric strategy, in addition to the vision of the company’s management and the focus on innovating insurance products that meet the needs of the community, both individuals and businesses, in accordance with an advanced system for offering insurance products that take into account customer requirements across three core operational sectors: medical, auto, and property and casualty, while innovating a number of insurance packages designed to protect small and medium-sized enterprises and support them in increasing their contribution to GDP to 25% within five years, in accordance with the National Transformation Program 2020."

In addition, the Cooperative recently launched a number of value-added services, and this year implemented a series of innovative initiatives and products tailored to evolving customer needs, most notably the introduction of the concept of smart insurance and the launch of the Kingdom’s first online store enabling the purchase of insurance policies using the latest communication technologies
