Fahad Al-Mutawa, CEO of Iwan International Housing Company – one of the Kingdom’s leading housing development companies – won the award for Best CEO in the Residential Real Estate Development Sector at the 2012 Middle East CEO Awards for Saudi Business Leaders.
Engineer Fahad Al-Mutawa said after receiving the award: ”We at Iwan are proud that many of our strategic, administrative, and marketing development plans are recognized by international judging panels, a trend that has been —praise be to God—with winning international and regional awards. Engineer Al-Mutawa received the Best CEO Award during a ceremony hosted by the ITP Publishing Group at the Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh, attended by a large gathering of officials and business leaders, The ceremony honored CEOs working in 16 business sectors across the Kingdom, who were nominated by the judging panel.
It is worth noting that Ewan International Housing Company is a closed-end Saudi joint-stock company established through the initiative of a number of institutions, companies, and business leaders.
