The Ministry of Housing, in collaboration with the Saudi Council of Engineers, held workshops titled "Training Engineering Firms on the Real Estate Unit Classification System," attended by engineering firms specializing in real estate unit classification and a number of real estate development companies, in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

The workshops included an explanation of the program’s rules and regulations, the registration process on the Owners’ Association website, and oversight mechanisms for the regulation of complex and facility management services, to prepare engineering firms and real estate development companies and familiarize them with the requirements for implementing the program, as well as to clarify the workflow stages related to the classification of real estate units.

Engineer Bin Muammar then answered participants’ questions and inquiries about the program.
