A recent report revealed that Bahrain’s real estate sectors showed remarkable stability during the second half of the year, a trend likely to continue into 2017, despite the economic slowdown, which remains an obstacle to real estate markets.
A report titled «Prospects for the Real Estate Market in Bahrain,« published by the real estate consulting firm Cluttons, noted that »the high resilience of rental budgets in the face of economic fallout and inflation rates continues to exceed expectations.« It added: »In the office market, rents across all major markets in the Kingdom remained largely stable, with no significant change during the first nine months, and this also applies to the retail market, which has seen a notable lull, with rents expected to remain stable over the next 12 months
