The Ministry of Housing has finally issued a call for bids to local real estate developers for the construction of 5,000 housing units in the city of Dammam. The construction costs for the apartments in the new project, located on Dammam Road – Riyadh Road, range from 280,000 to 500,000 riyals, with sizes ranging from 125 to 500 square meters.
Earlier this month, the Ministry of Housing signed five new agreements with local real estate developers to build 22,587 housing units for those eligible for housing subsidies on private sector land, in four regions: Jeddah, Madinah, Jazan, and Rabigh, with prices starting at 250,000 riyals.
