The real estate indicators of the Saudi Ministry of Justice for the month of Muharram 1438 AH showed the implementation of 129 residential land sale and purchase transactions in the city of Riyadh, where the value of the transactions implemented during the month of Muharram amounted to about 119.4 million riyals with an area of 90.3 thousand square meters.

The implementation of these deals included 11 neighborhoods of the city of Riyadh, with different prices per square meter, the most expensive in the Al-Izdhar neighborhood (north of Riyadh), where the average price per square meter reached more than 5000 riyals, while the lowest was in the Al-Bariya neighborhood (south of Riyadh) with an average of about 200 riyals per square meter.
