Ministry of Housing and Emad to build housing units in Jazan

The Ministry of Housing signed a memorandum of understanding with Emad Investment Company - specialized in real estate development - to develop residential land in Jazan on an area of 31,280 for the construction of 163 housing units ranging in size from 140 to 220 square meters as a first phase in the Muhammadiyah residential plan, which is located along the Red Sea adjacent to Jazan University with an area of more than 3 million square meters developed with all basic services that distinguish the plan from other projects near it.

The Ministry of Housing signed a memorandum of understanding with Emad Investment Company - specialized in real estate development - to develop residential land in Jazan on an area of 31,280 square meters.

The President of Emad, Abdulrahman bin Saud Al-Duhaim, explained the company's keenness to dedicate its local and international expertise to come up with appropriate solutions that seek to achieve the ministry's goal of providing appropriate housing units in terms of specifications and designs to achieve what the customer wants in an integrated economic housing. This comes in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in enhancing the role of the private sector and participating in the development of the housing sector and providing appropriate options for citizens.
