A number of major Indian companies operating in the field of construction and contracting have expressed their desire to implement the projects of the Ministry of Housing.

An official at the Indian Embassy in Riyadh explained this, pointing out that the companies wishing to enter the Saudi market have implemented projects in Qatar and the UAE and the Indian official indicated that Indian companies have the advantage of having a large number of Indian workers in Saudi Arabia, which may contribute to the speed of implementation and quality.

The Ministry of Housing has signed with a number of foreign companies from China and South Korea to implement housing units in Riyadh and Al-Ahsa, and confirmed on more than one occasion that it intends to sign with a number of international and local companies in the coming period to implement its projects.
