“Housing” approves 37 amendments to the Housing Support Regulations

To speed up its implementation, Housing Minister Majid Al-Haqeel approved 37 amendments to the Housing Support Regulation, which will be implemented as of today, Saturday.

The amendments included amending the area specified by the regulation for suitable housing from 140 square meters to 125 square meters, and determining the cost of the housing that the applicant wishes to buy or build with the amount of the loan or financing based on the location, area, and specifications of the housing, and the amount of the loan or housing finance should not exceed 500 thousand riyals.
