Notary offices throughout the Kingdom successfully processed 176,933 real estate transactions over 54 business days, from the first day of Muharram of this year through the 15th of Rabi" al-Awwal of last year.

The transactions carried out by notary offices included 10 types, led by transfers, which totaled 54,586 real estate deed transfers, followed by the registration of power-of-attorney documents, totaling 32,895, and then the sorting of deeds, which totaled 20,217 transactions.

Notary offices registered 19,274 legacy deeds this year, while 17,516 deeds were processed through the comprehensive system, and 6,494 grant deeds were issued, while notary offices registered ownership of 6,284 properties without deeds.

The total number of deeds that were amended reached 4,754, As for real estate mortgages during the same period, they did not exceed 3,900 mortgage deeds, while notary offices issued 2,998 deeds for the consolidation of properties.

At the regional level, Riyadh led in the number of transactions conducted by notary offices in the region with 44,591 transactions, followed by the Makkah region in second place with 39,039 transactions, while the Eastern Province ranked third with 28,943 transactions.
