His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, recently launched the First Ajman Real Estate Conference in the Emirate of Ajman, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, at the Emirates Hospitality Center in Ajman. The discussions focused on “sustainable development in accordance with international standards.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi explained that the real estate sector in Ajman is currently witnessing an increase in demand for ready-to-move-in properties from real estate investors who are citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and that the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates is steadily moving toward a real estate boom, thanks to the vision and wisdom of the UAE’s leadership on the one hand, and the fact that many real estate developers and investors have attained a level of maturity and real estate awareness on the other, enabling them to operate within legal frameworks and regulations.
The Crown Prince of Ajman stated that, as a result of the development and modernization of infrastructure in Ajman and the introduction of laws and legislation that protect human rights in general and investors" rights in particular, the real estate sector has gained momentum that has positively impacted its performance. This is attributable to several factors, most notablythe introduction of specialized programs and studies and the launch of numerous initiatives that have contributed significantly.
