The Housing Authority is building 1,062 housing units in Najran.
The General Housing Authority, represented by its Chairman, Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi, signed a contract to construct 1,062 housing units in the Najran region. During his meeting with senior officials of the Authority, and while reviewing with them the details of the contract, the stages of receipt and delivery, and the overall specifications of the housing unit buildings, the Governor explained that implementing the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for housing is the starting point and basis for the Authority’s work and achieving its goals.
The governor added that the signing of this contract and the contracts that preceded it came in accordance with the approval of the Supreme Authority to benefit from the financial allocations approved for the Authority and the generous directive to quickly implement housing projects and to seek the help of international and local expertise and companies in this field.
He explained that the housing capacity of the Najran City Housing Project in the Najran region, which is scheduled to be implemented, includes eight mosques and one large mosque, in addition to allocating land for other service facilities such as educational, health and others.
The Governor, on his own behalf and on behalf of all the staff of the General Authority, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Highness the Crown Prince, and His Highness the Second Deputy Prime Minister – may God protect them – for the generous support that the Authority receives, which has enabled it to launch its housing projects.
