In conjunction with a number of specialized exhibitions in the building and construction sector, Riyadh will host the first international exhibition for cement and concrete in late April at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, the first exhibition of its kind specialized in cement, which is currently being prepared by Relations for International Exhibitions and Conferences with its international partners, the Arab German Exhibition Company, and a large number of companies specialized in the production of cement and precast concrete and precast units.

On this occasion, Engineer Osama Al-Kurdi, President of Relationship Company, stressed the importance of the exhibition in providing local companies with the opportunity to market their products and introduce their work and capabilities, and revealed that the exhibition will include many sectors related to cement and foreign companies specialized in cement industry technology, indicating that the cement exhibition will be held at the same time with a number of exhibitions for other industries: an exhibition for iron and metal industries, as well as an exhibition for aluminum, glass and facades, and the aim of holding a group of specialized exhibitions at the same time and location is to achieve the maximum possible benefit for companies.

It is worth noting that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the largest producer of cement in the Arabian Gulf region and the cement industry is considered one of the most important industrial sectors in the Kingdom due to the dependence of construction and development projects on it significantly, especially with the urban and economic renaissance witnessed by the Gulf region, and the cement industry is one of the most prominent vital indicators of economic growth in society, as the number of operating Saudi cement companies reached 15 companies and their investments reached more than 15 billion dollars.
