“Restatex Sharqiya Real Estate Exhibition” kicks off on January 15 under the patronage of the Emir of Sharqiya

With wide participation from the public and private sectors, the third edition of the “Restatex Sharqiya Real Estate Exhibition” will kick off on Sunday morning, January 15, in the presence of government leaders in the region, officials of the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, the Eastern Province Municipality, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber and the heads and members of the real estate and housing committees in the Chamber, a group of leaders of the largest real estate and housing development companies and specialists in mortgage financing programs in local banks, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Umm.

For his part, Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of Restatex Real Estate Exhibitions in the Kingdom, welcomed the honor of His Highness the Emir of the region to the opening ceremony of this annual real estate event, which is the largest and most important to highlight the achievements of real estate and housing development companies in the region, stressing that his patronage of the exhibition and his support for its annual sessions is an extension of his interest and follow-up always in the development and investment achievements in the Eastern Province.

Al-Faraj thanked the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber, its Secretary General and the real estate and housing committees of the Chamber for their interest and support for the exhibition and their participation in its activities.

Al-Faraj explained that this year's edition of the exhibition will be distinctive and an extension of the status and successes of “Restatex Real Estate” exhibitions in the main regions of the Kingdom, which always contain real estate and housing offers and home purchase financing programs offered by banks and financing companies every year.

It is worth mentioning that the exhibition includes a number of accompanying programs consisting of workshops and important discussions with the participation of officials from the Ministry of Housing on several topics, including fees on white lands, the relationship of the program for selling real estate units on the map with real estate developers, as well as the objectives of the "completion" center to support housing and real estate projects, in addition to a dialogue on the owners' union program and a workshop on the "Ejar" program.
