The value of real estate transactions during the month of Rabiul I 1438 AH decreased to 22.14 billion riyals, a decrease of 14% compared to the same month last year, as shown by the Ministry of Justice's monthly indicators.Real estate deals were distributed between residential and commercial, where the value of residential deals during the month of Rabiul I 1438H amounted to about 12.77 billion riyals, a decrease of 20 % compared to the same period of the previous year, and the value of commercial deals amounted to about 9.4 billion riyals during the month of Rabiul I 1438H, recording a decrease of 4 %, compared to the same period last year. The real estate transactions that took place on plots of land (residential and commercial) «according to figures» took the largest share during the month of Rabiul I of the year 1438 AH, amounting to 20.34 billion riyals and a percentage of about 92 % of the total value, followed by apartment deals worth 944.7 million riyals.In terms of the most active cities in terms of the value of residential real estate transactions during the month of Rabi'I, Riyadh was the highest with deals worth 4.14 billion riyals, a decrease of 8 % compared to the same month last year, followed by Jeddah with 2.3 billion riyals, a decrease of 22 % compared to the same month last year. Riyadh was the most active city, where the value of transactions that took place during the month of Rabi'I amounted to about 4.02 billion riyals, a decrease of 13 % compared to the same month last year.
